We feel strongly that self sufficiency need not be simply a hobby for those who have reached the top of the property ladder. We have led this way of life since leaving college in our early twenties. We truly believe that a well run smallholding with a thoroughly researched management plan has as much chance of attracting funding, finance, support etc, as any large commercial farm to enable the business to strengthen and develop. We have shown this to be the case.
